Can I get an invoice or receipt for my purchases?

All orders are issued with a receipt.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards.

For items on pre-order, when will I receive my order?

Items on pre-order will take approximately 4 weeks to arrive.

If an item is out of stock, when will I receive my order?

If an item is out of stock, it may take approximately 4 weeks to arrive.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order? If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact the team at: store@websummit.com.

If the order has not been shipped, it may still be possible to make changes.

When will I receive my order? What is my order status?

Orders are issued with a tracking number. Please use the tracking number to keep an eye on your order’s progress. You will receive an email to confirm your order and again when it has been shipped.

Shipping information

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we can ship items to anywhere in the world. Shipping charges are €5 per order.

If I order multiple items, will they be shipped together?

Any items ordered together will be shipped together.

Are there extra charges for customs?

Items are shipped from our warehouse in Limerick, Ireland and may be subject to customs or other cross-border charges. Web Summit is not responsible for any customs changes incurred by you.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, all items will be shipped by tracked delivery. Product information.

Are there any special care or washing instructions?

Please pay special attention to the care label on each individual item and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

Refunds, returns and terms of service

What is your refund policy?

You can apply for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your item. The item must be unworn, unused and returned to us in its original packaging.

If the item is faulty or damaged, we are also happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us at: store@websummit.com.

How do I return an item?

You will need to pay for return postage. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider a trackable shipping service for higher value items. Web Summit is not responsible for items that are lost in return transit. Once our warehouse confirms receipt of your return, we will process your refund to the original means of payment.

Can I exchange items?

We are happy to offer an exchange on items that are faulty or damaged. Please contact us at: store@websummit.com to exchange an item.
